For over 85 years, Gowrie Victoria has been at the forefront of high-quality early learning. We’re a purpose-driven, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving outcomes for children through an unwavering commitment to high-quality practice, at our own services and across the sector.

We’re known as a place for demonstration. We translate theory into practice, share our learning, and shine a light on best practice. We support educators and leaders to develop their capabilities and confidence through coaching, mentoring, and blended learning programs that enable them to explore new ideas, learn by doing, and reflect on what they learn. 

Children are at the heart of our decision making. At our early learning services, we create environments where children connect with Country, take part in their communities, and are active in their own learning. Our centres are located in the City of Geelong, City of Hume, City of Maribyrnong, City of Melbourne, City of Wyndham, City of Yarra.

We work closely with the Victorian Department of Education to deliver mentoring for provisionally registered teachers, Early Years Learning Networks across Victoria, and a Leadership Program (from 2027). We also offer specialised coaching through the School Readiness Funding program as well as blended and customised learning packages.

We also have a Registered Training Organisation, offering courses for different stages of your ECEC career. Courses are delivered inside our high-quality early learning service at The Harbour in Docklands.
